We believe in well-crafted, high quality jewelry. Rather than selling mass produced designs from a bunch of different vendors, we hand select our gemstones, design and create our pieces, in our very own studio.
DOES ALYSSA & ANNA OFFER DIAMOND CERTIFICATES?
Yes. All of our diamond engagement rings come with a diamond report from the Gemological Institute of America.
DO I NEED TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT BEFORE I VISIT YOUR SHOWROOM?
No. You will not have to set up an appointment beforehand, but if you'd like to, you can give us a call at (920) 426-8000.
WILL YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGNED PIECE FOR ME?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces.
WILL YOU CREATE A MOUNTING FOR MY OWN DIAMOND?
Yes. We would be happy to create a mounting for your diamond!
MY RING DOESN'T FIT! HOW DO I RE-SIZE IT?
If your ring doesn't fit, no problem, we've got you covered! The first time sizing through us is always free, after that, we always offer discounted prices for pieces that come from us. You can bring your piece into our shop, but if you're located too far you can mail it. If you choose to mail it, make sure you let your mail carrier know that a signature is required. WHAT KIND OF DIAMONDS DO YOU USE?
We use conflict free diamonds from responsible and reputable dealers, graded only by the top gem labs. The diamonds in your piece are completely based on your budget and preferences. No two diamonds are exactly the same, and we search the market to find the one that was meant for you.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY KIND OF WARRANTY?
We do not have a warranty, but if anything were to happen to your ring within 30 days of you receiving it we'll cover the repairs, free of charge. We'll even replace the stone for free (excluding the center stone). After 30 days, we still believe in taking care of you for life and will give you an automatic discounts on all future repairs. We do suggest that you insure your piece through Jewelers Mutual, or any other insurance agency of your preference.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Because our rings are custom made in our studio, all sales are final. However, we do offer in store credit for up to 30 days after the purchase date.
