At Alyssa & Anna, we're not interested in just selling you a ring and it's not the reason why we got into this business. Jewelry is such a wonderful and emotional form of art. It's a proposal, a mother's pendant, a graduation gift, an heirloom and so much more. It's a symbol of love and a representation of the milestones we accomplish in our lives. Being able to create these pieces and building relationships with so many extraordinary people is why we started Alyssa & Anna. We love getting to know people. Before we had a storefront, we would meet engagement ring clients at coffee shops, and to this day (if geographically possible), we still do. There's something so magical about chatting in a local cafe over a cup of coffee. Learning about people and hearing their stories plays a huge role in the creation of their ring.
Recently, I received this photo (pictured above) of a set of rings I created over a year ago, for Andrew and Meghann, and my heart felt so full. I first met Andrew at Planet Perk, a coffee shop located in downtown Oshkosh, to come up with an engagement ring idea for Meghann. He told me that the two had met at the farmer's market and instantly connected, and now they're married with a beautiful baby girl! ❤
I love the simplicity of Meghann's set, with a bezel set center diamond paired with a solid rose gold band, but the uniqueness of having it two-toned. Meghann also decided to go the custom route when choosing a wedding band for Andrew and came up with the idea of creating a simplistic white and rose gold ring. What I really love about his ring is the matte finish and the decision to not have the rose gold strip completely centered.
Look at what a beautiful couple these two are! They're also so kind, humble, and just overall, remarkable. It's an absolute a privilege to have them wear Alyssa & Anna.
